very small team, but heard they recently expanded around (8 people now, was 4) The content management service they work with is extremely buggy, need to deal with frustration that some things just won't work

The management really cares about creating a good company and taking care of both employees and customers.

It's a slow growing small business so there's not a lot of upward mobility. Whichever job you get hired to do will be the job you'll do for the foreseeable future.
