Ningun pro, ambiente laboral reciclado del area IT chilena.

Cons

Te ofrecen contrato indefinido, desde el reclutador y con contrato firmado te explican el concepto de "banca", pero si te quedas sin cliente asignado. Te despiden por clausula 161 y con eso tu contrato indefinido es prácticamente de mentira, Si les hacen esto siempre se puede demandar y obtener una causa favorable contra este tipo de reclutadoras.
