      Strong sense of purpose. The dedication to their mission is admirable. Product is solid and culture is compassionate and pervasive.

      Cons

      Turnover is high. Leadership is not aligned on vision and inconsistent quarter to quarter. No clear vision of long term success as market adapts to their first mover advantage.

      Pros

      Very generous with benefits, many opportunities to grow technically and to learn more about EdTech. Excellent work-life balance outside of busy season. Busy season still allows for a decent work-life balance.

      Cons

      Still operating like a startup, despite no longer being out of the startup phase.
