      Work life balance Good benefits Good vacation and sick time

      Cons

      Senior management is a mess. There is a good ol boys network. If you are a white or a man, you will do well here. HR has no power to make decisions or function the way HR should. Senior management makes all HR decisions. There are a lot of scandalous things happening that are hidden from the CEO by Senior Management team.

      Great place to learn real estate development. A lot of opportunity for growth. Flexible with family life/work balance.

      I really enjoyed servicing families with housing needs. Ensuring reasonable skill and care to all clients.Embracing the end result of their happiness I'm obtaining a affodable safe home.

      Cons

      The order of process of the applicant's application several hands were involved to get final approval documents became miss filed or missing. Faces was sometime lost or miss filed delaying the approval process.
