Pros
-Strong Growth in the reliable healthcare industry. -Large enough to be stable but small enough to still feel like you're making a difference and are known to the leaders -Easy to feel engaged by the company mission when the entire business exists to prevent heart disease
Cons
Rapid growth has left the company too lean in many areas particularly the lab. Hiring hasn't kept up with the rapid growth so overtime and work/life balance is a challenge for some.
