      Overworked and underpaid. If you voice concerns and bring them to administration, they get swept under the rug. Was threatened by an administrator here as well. Know your worth and float your resume elsewhere. This place is backward.

      Pros

      Great co-workers. Compared to my experiences at other schools, the students here are engaged and want to learn.

      Cons

      I worked there as an adjunct instructor. Adjuncts don't receive benefits and due to NC politics there is little to no room for advancement. This isn't CCC's fault, but the college does suffer because of the NC policies.
