Pay was good until the mandatory 10% salary reduction.
Cons
Everything the encomomy slows the upper level management gets nervous and cuts low entry level management. Hourly team memberd are protected by unions, salary team members get fired. Be prepared to work 60 to 80 hour work weeks, rotating 12 hour midnights and days they decide to cut you.
