Good group of co workers. Not management but those under me.

Age discrimination is prevalent and when brought to management attention you are silenced or threatened with loosing your job. Cleveland rules with an iron fist and no one at the sites can make a decision even though they are very capable. Women are not promoted in the same ratio as men nor given similar pay increases or opportunities. Very mid evil management style. They have RIFed out so many good employees because the West Wing felt threatened. Or the employees cared to much. It’s a very sad place to work. Most people are just showing up to collect a pay check but do not enjoy coming to work. Way to much red tape. When I was contemplating accepting my offer from Cliffs I was warned by many employees don’t accept. I thought I could be a positive change, it can’t be that bad. I am not able to make changes and it is that bad. They really just want puppets.
