It’s a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in the sports industry and they really put you on a pedestal compared to other interns
Cons
If they do offer you the salary usually less than that as a fellow, so it feels like you’re taking a step down in your career. Also, Cleveland is not the best city to live in and is very cold.
