      Pros

      I Learned a lot in this Company and had the opportunity to see and monitor industrial system and launch new projects.

      Cons

      I think the salary was a little bit low and i had to drive for an hour to get to work so it was a bit tiring also

      Easy work you just follow directions

      The boss is strict but no one seems to care. Have to work even if there is nothing to do.

      Pros

      Most of the low-level employees are friendly.

      Cons

      Very high turnover rate due to toxic culture created by upper management. The plant manager berates employees and micromanages everything. Many folks don't return after a few days/weeks. One guy walked out while the plant manager was yelling at him. No room for growth and initiative is punished. They have been trying to get a 2nd shift going for over a year but can't keep enough employees on. STAY AWAY
