      Very good team member and supportive

      Cons

      No processes in place. Salary still by cheque. Management didn't tell the role and what their expectations. And when they think you not meeting their expectations they will get rid of you just like that with no communications. Overall, just very poor management.

We can always provide our honest suggestions and opinion. They are always there to listen and understand the needs of us, the employee.
