      - Career Progression Opportunity - Guidance and help from the management whenever needed - Flexibility - Open for Discussion Really enjoy working at Cleoo, the open discussion that we always can have. We can always provide our honest suggestions and opinion. They are always there to listen and understand the needs of us, the employee.

      Very good team member and supportive

      Cons

      No processes in place. Salary still by cheque. Management didn't tell the role and what their expectations. And when they think you not meeting their expectations they will get rid of you just like that with no communications. Overall, just very poor management.

      A few years ago you had to ask them to not to forget to send your own salary each month (unbelievable?) yes. But it's true. Weak promotion and illusion that they listen to your ideas
