Pros
Fairly flexible work environment, some really good talent there but they tend to hire young, inexperienced people for low pay and watch them walk out the door when they realize there are better options/companies out there.
Cons
Bad management on the Property management side No support No structure whatsoever No consistency or rules, everything is fly by the seat of your pants Very high turnover, seems like a new team every year Low wages Bad properties, no due diligence before throwing a new property at an inexperienced manager and overworked maintenance team.
