Cons
The office schedule is not "hybrid," as advertised. Some teams are allowed to be hybrid, but others are not.
The head of Marketing (who is also the head of the BDR Team) plays favorites. A perfect example was when one of the other BDRs was invited to a fancy wedding. They promoted her and doubled her salary because she shared details about that wedding wth the head of Marketing.
