Great product, terrible culture - Community Outreach Liaison Clearview Treatment Programs Employee Review

Behind doors, clients are infantilized and poked fun at. They are referred to by their diagnosis. Internal teams are questioned why clients didn't stay longer, not if they needed care. When clients catch on and leave, they are pathologized to the internal team as non-compliant for leaving, it's never questioned if Clearview just might not make them feel safe.
