Overall great - Anonymous Clearview Employee Review

Great work atmosphere. Pretty flexible schedule. Laid back environment, but still paced well. Management is good to work with. HR does a good job of doing monthly/seasonal work-place activities.

There is a lot of growth recently, and with that is the typical growing pains.

ClearView is a start up through and through, you will gain lots of insight into the struggles and challenges that a startup faces. Also, due to it's small size, you will be frequently able to join leadership meetings and help discuss policy changes.

Leadership is determined to take no outside funding and has taken on costly partnerships, this leads to very low pay for a tech company and a very small workforce taking on the jobs of many. The only real currency that is traded in is vision.
