Pros
We do not have a proper lounge for the employees. The upper management is moody and sometimes will not pay our salaries on time. According to mood, managment may give us a break. Otherwise they doesn't pay attention to the employees. Clearsynth Labs will find ways to deduct our pay unfairly. They lie to employees and make us work on holidays when we are not supposed to. We do not have many orders, but management finds ways for us to pick up other jobs and look for work for the company without any commission. I'm so tired of this company and I work so hard. I don't think I will stay here.
Cons
We have some very hardworking employees here who make work fun sometimes. We do have good traffic for business, and I enjoy going on trips for conferences they actually pay for.
