Cons
Whilst we are growing so quickly, we are still a start up and there are some cons that are being worked on, for example below;
Past Con, current Pro - I started a year ago and employee benefits were next to nothing, during the past year the relevant departments have worked hard to give us great benefits such as breakfast on Friday, regular team building events, Perk Box, Gym membership contribution and many more. I hope that the attitude towards this will be kept as it's very appreciated and makes it a happier place to work in. A lot of this is influenced by listening to what the staff require and want to have. All the contributions to ideas and developments are welcomed throughout the structure of the company.
