Pay is decent, not phenomenal though. Coworkers are really nice.

There appears to be a heavy reliance on hiring talent from competitors rather than developing internal capabilities. Employee turnover is high, and the company seems to be taking on more work than its current resources, capacity, and expertise can effectively support. As a result, execution quality and organizational stability may be at risk.
