A company built on long-lasting relationships - Senior Recruiter Clearpoint Employee Review

I have now been the General Manager of Clearpoint for over 18 years, and I can truly say that I have continued to be blessed working for James and Charelle Webb, who are two of the most benevolent people that you could ever meet. They run Clearpoint with first class integrity to our clients and talent that we recruit and I model my own personal approach to the market the same way. Yes, I feel like I am really good at what I do, but in reality, I give all the credit to the talent that I connect with and get to represent to my clients and with full intention to help people with their next great career move and also getting my client the best talent for their open needs.

I don't have any true cons to list as collectively as a company, we all aim to please the customer and candidates.

The group at Clearpoint is great! Rebecca and Christine worked hard to get me a great Contracting position with a top company. It worked out to be one of the better consulting assignments I had.

Not really a con but they are not one of the larger consulting firms (which is a good thing as well) but when I moved out of Texas I couldn’t stay with them. However it is not their fault :-).
