Unprofessional Company-LO’s Beware - Senior Loan Officer Clearpath Lending Employee Review

Management is seriously tyrannical and unethical. They verbally abuse employees with profanities, and berate LO’s in front of the whole sales floor. Definitely not an employee centric company. Management only looks out for themselves, and will take loans from LO’s, literally out of spite and anger, over easy to fix issues. Technology is very archaic! No lead management, or phone routing systems. Have to manually input and track every call you get. You are not provided any funding breakdown, of the loans you close and get paid on. You just have to take their word that they paid you. Overall 👎🏼
