8yWhile we’re sorry to hear you had a negative experience, we thank you for your honest feedback.
We’re the first to admit that we've experienced some growing pains in the past. We grew from less than 10 people to over 60 in the span of a year as several big projects took off.
We took away a number of lessons from that period and as a result, Clearbridge has changed significantly in the past two years. We believe for the better.
We’ve worked hard to address many of the things you touched on in your review:
– Our employee retention rate is the highest it’s ever been. We’ve invested a lot in improving our culture and forming a tighter-knit community.
– We’ve added layers of management that includes Vice Presidents and Directors to offer better structure and consistent, strategic direction to the company, provide career planning for employees, and open up more training opportunities for team members to develop professionally.
– Along with a better organizational structure comes better processes that have allowed us to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
Looking forward, we are continuing to invest in our employees and culture.
Our office is still open concept to encourage collaboration :)
