Pros

Decent base salary considering location and for what the actual job that is done.

Cons

All toilets, breaks and lunches are logged, if you were late by 1 second you lose 15 mins worth of wage Huge micromanagement issues. Unrealistic target setting on Outbound campaigns - so commission isnt earned. They will find a reason to not pay you commission or bonuses, wether its move you onto a different campaign or change the KPI's in order to not have to pay the comp promised. Old IT legacy systems - PC's always crashing, phone software and itranet constantly crashing. Incredibly inappropriate work behaviour between colleagues. Managers regularly hooking up with their team members. It was also more cliquey than when i was at school. There is no career progression, the only way to get a better salary or promotion is threaten to leave.

Pros

Centre of Town so easy enough to get too Great coworkers and friendly environment

Cons

Barely offer help when asking for it and if they do it’s next to nothing. They choose favourites who will get more benefits like longer/ extra breaks and management won’t be on their backs when they aren’t doing their jobs properly as to those who they don’t favour as much. They choose a very patronising, get you down sort of method to push you further which in my experience and others I have spoken too is very overwhelming. If you’re not bowing down to management then they won’t treat you like a person. They’ll do one or two things for you and after that they’ll just completely toss you aside. With the shift pattern there’s not much time to do nothing before or after work
