Pros

None, the pay seems high, but it’s not worth the stress. You can make more working in the meat department at whole foods stores

Cons

They are insanely understaffed on purpose because the contract they have with magnolia, clients that they essentially hate. The client is forced to pay over time and CWS pockets the money that they should be paying other employees by working each man 3 people’s workloads. Good luck getting a raise. I’d only been working there about a year and the guys that have been there 10 years might of made a few dollars more than me. They steal time from their employees. They have insane deadlines and unrealistic expectations. They do mass layoffs I believe the latest one was over 70 employees, you don’t want to work here trust me, and you specifically do not want to work in the Mandeville location. The management deliberately creates chaos, and out of the entire company. They also particularly hate their clients in eden Isles.

Pros

As an operator for Clearwater, NONE. In fact the only positive reviews I've seen for the company are 100% from corporate or office positions. All the reviews from people actually doing the field work are bad and those are the ones representative of this corrupt company

Cons

Horrible management. If they have a bad day, it's taken out on you. ZERO training. Multiple people in my state were left to figure out their jobs on their own with zero direction from "supervisors". Constantly changing and extremely high demands. Will praise you and then lay into you the moment you make a tiny mistake. Lie about raises. Constantly promising them and never following through. I have been owed back pay for 2+ years.
