Pros
The culture of the organisation is very chill and laidback. My direct manager wasn’t micromanaging. I received a good bonus.
Cons
During my 1.5 years tenure, nothing got better but worse. I worked for adviser support service centre where they basically don’t give a damn about the employees. Feedbacks are not appreciated as well. One of the team leader overseeing the team was very toxic and micromanaging although she wasn’t my direct manager. The new business team don’t give a damn for the clients/ adviser. As soon as your policy is in force, you will be basically ignored. They make changes and make it sound like they have a plan but it’s very chaotic and you are just told to put up with it. The new executive Joanne has very good plans and hopefully this company will perform better.
