ClearView is an entrepreneurial environment where if you have ideas for making improvements YOU WILL BE SUPPORTED. It is also very nice to work at a place where the ethics reporting and employee engagement platform we offer makes a REAL DIFFERENCE in diversity, safety and the culture at our clients organizations. The folks in management also treat me like a real person first and not a sales-robot whose sole function is to most efficiently deliver shareholder value.

I joke with colleagues that in my old job I used to have, "teams of people to do all 'the things' for me" (ex. marketing, copy writing, graphics and design, etc.) As much as I have put it in the "Cons" section as it can be frustrating at times to carve out time to learn some new skills, it has really broadened my skill set - particularly managing outsourced contractors who do some of "the things" for me.

They provide common ground to unite the teams across cultures and geographies. They help us to earn the trust and respect of our stakeholders. We all commit to living by these shared values, to stay true to the principles they represent, and to honor the legacy from which they came.

This is a smaller organization.
