- Very smart teams
- Active role in narrative from day 1
- Good exits to investing / industry / med school
- Can work remote 50% of time from basically anywhere
Cons
- No work life balance on diligences (weekends usually mostly protected though)
- Very limited work life balance on 'normal' cases that is even less justifiable than diligences where deadline are tight--this is arguably more infuriating than first con
- Pay is decent but could be better given extreme attrition at the firm
