Pros

-income potential of $75K++ -work with variety of customers across the world, literally...consumers, businesses, government agencies -each project is different, requiring you to stay on your toes and know a little bit about almost every industry in the US

Cons

-see reviews for "Farmtek" on GlassDoor.com. They are same company, and run by same eccentric and erratic owner. Those should sum it up for any potential job seekers... Additionally... -no loyalty towards any employees, from sales to admin to senior managers. everyone is expendable, resulting in frequent in turnover without regard for tenure, performance, or place in organization. only matters what the owner of the company thinks/feels on that day. fire people regularly at the drop of a hat. -"yes man" organization to a T. no outside the box thinking allowed. hence, the same problems have been occurring there for YEARS. - no unified, consistent direction for the company. owner of the company changes focus for organization on a seemingly daily/weekly/monthly basis -over past 2 years, been cutting corners on quality to save money and add to "PBT"....in other words, profits for the owner to build his new luxury home in the Caribbean. majority of raw materials and various other supplies imported from China.

Pros

Very interesting work. You get to work with a lot of customers building their potential dream. Seeing a project from a 3D image turn into something in real life is very rewarding. The pay isn't bad either...can easily pull in 80k just by showing up and answering the phone/making calls.

Cons

Very strict working schedule with very little flexibility.

Pros

ClearSpan offers several convenient in-house services, including consultation and design, engineering, financing, installation, and post-construction support

Cons

During my time at ClearSpan, I experienced a situation where my manager closely monitored every aspect of my work. Despite having a proven track record of successfully managing projects, my manager insisted on being involved in every decision, no matter how small. This included: Requiring daily progress reports and frequent check-ins. Reviewing and approving every email and communication I sent to clients and subcontractors. Insisting on being present at all meetings, even those that were routine and did not require their input. Overriding my decisions without providing clear reasons or trusting my judgment. This level of micromanagement not only slowed down the project but also created a stressful work environment. It hindered my ability to work independently and make timely decisions, ultimately affecting the overall efficiency and morale of the team. There were some PM's handling 40 projects at one time with no support.
