Pros
I'm a stay at home mom and my schedule works best for me. My supervisor is very supportive and is always willing to help me with my tasks/questions. We have an awesome relationship that makes difficult and busy days a bit easy. I love working with these people who not just value hard work but value me as a person.
Cons
I couldn't think of any challenges as of the moment. I am so happy and blessed with my job/tasks as well as the people I work with.
