The company has changed significantly since the merger with Gravity. Many of the benefits and cultural aspects that made ClearGov a great place to work have either been reduced or eliminated. Employee morale has noticeably declined, and leadership appears increasingly disconnected from the concerns of the people doing the day-to-day work.
Unlimited PTO was removed for 2027, which felt like a step backward and signaled a shift away from trusting employees. Communication from leadership has often lacked transparency, especially around major organizational decisions. Many employees feel that business objectives are prioritized over employee well-being, with little consideration given to how changes impact the teams expected to execute them.
There has also been a noticeable loss of the close-knit startup culture that originally attracted many employees. Decisions feel more corporate, and employee feedback does not appear to carry much weight.
