Pros
- Right Leadership in place, in my few years at the org every facet of our business trended positively. In Sales the CRO is very impressive and we’ve made improvements in everything from our sales deck to enablement to comp plans while remaking our entire GTM strategy - Company culture, legitimately felt like a family. Always could find help and support from the SLT down
Cons
- ICP is early-stage heath tech companies, leading to a lot of volatility in the customer base and challenges selling into large enterprises where ClearDATA would like to grow - The organization still feels like a startup when theyve been around 15 years. A lot of the infrastructure that you would expect in a mature company isn’t there
