3moThank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you found the people and teams to be strong, that the work felt meaningful, and that work-life balance was genuinely supported—those are values we work hard to maintain.
We also hear your concerns about our use of offshore team members and the impact staffing transitions can have on morale and productivity. As we grow and evolve, we’ve begun leveraging a mix of onshore and offshore talent, but we recognize this approach only works when expectations are clear, ramp-up plans are structured, and teams have continuity. Our offshore partnership is still relatively new, and we’ve already taken meaningful steps to streamline our processes. We’re continuing to refine our approach to ensure new hires—regardless of location—have stronger onboarding, clearer success metrics, and better support from managers and teammates. We’re also working to improve communication and planning around staffing changes so teams have more visibility and input, and so we can minimize disruptive churn.
