      The compensation plan is as competitive as you can find and the ownership/management teams are great. Everyone treats you as a human being who is able to step away for things like appointments as needed.

      Fully remote and a very responsive team all around from the interview process to the onboarding process.

      Cons

      Compensation depending on the role can be low to start but there is oppurtunity to be pulled in full time for whatever company you're doing work for.
