Middle management can be supportive and helpful if you ask questions and some of them do genuinely want you to succeed.
Cons
At times you never knew if the day you came in would be your last. That takes its toll if you’re there for multiple years. The upper management also had the mindset of “the market isn’t doing poorly, our employees are the problem”, yet had no problems patting themselves on the back when those employees got them to 48 million in revenue for 2022.
