Pros
The office is nice, there is a cafeteria, the benefits are ok.
Cons
Poor management, a lot of gossip, compliance issues, no real real knowledge of the business, not capable of scaling operations, there doesn't appear to be a strategic vision or business roadmap that has been shared with anyone other than perhaps Senior Leaders. It's a good old boys club
