Pros

The training program is quite solid, especially for beginners. It’s relatively easy to get into, and they offer plenty of role-playing and hands-on practice, which helps make the learning more practical. I found the focus on note-taking and memory techniques particularly useful. While the program may not be perfect, it does a good job of preparing you for the basics of interpreting. A decent starting point if you’re looking to build a foundation in this field.

Cons

The company’s communication can be quite unstructured. They started on Skype and later moved to Google Teams, but multiple people from different departments may contact you without clearly stating their roles. It’s often unclear who you should respond to, and there's little guidance on how to plan your schedule or request time off. Additionally, the training program requires attendance seven days a week, which can be overwhelming. The schedule heavily depends on who your trainer is — some may give you weekends off, while others might not. In some cases, trainers prolong sessions or extend the training period without prior notice, making it hard to plan your personal life around the program.

Pros

Salary is stable, even it is based on per minute call but the call flow is usually stable, making the monthly salary not fluctutate really much.

Cons

Interpreters must work half-shift sometimes when it comes to a federal holiday.

Pros

Good trainment before starting to work No need experience to apply

Cons

Very unorganized They almost never answered my messages. They don't follow their own rules: I was never told that after 3 complaints I would be fired, and they suddenly told me I had 2 complaints. They didn't told me about the first one until I had the second one. They were supposed to give me one last chance, but my account was disabled and nobody answered me when I asked if I was fired. After 10 days of insiting, I finally got my answer: I was fired.
