Pros
I liked the relaxed work environment and the break room with plenty of seating, ping-pong, and a basketball game.
Cons
No one knows the responsibilities of their jobs, or other people's jobs. Everything is constantly in flux, so it's hard to get anything taken care of because jobs change and no one knows how to do what you need. Once, when I finally tracked down the right accountant to setup an ACH transfer, she refused to do it because "it would take too long." I was constantly dealing with lazy co-workers who didn't do their job correctly or who were being really shady with customers, and management absolutely did not care. I tried to meet with the VP about two employees in particular, and the VP ended up demoting me instead. My pay was wrong a few times. I was promised a certain pay and benefits that I never received. Some of the management, even lower management, had superiority complexes.
