It is a family ran business that treat you as exactly that...Family. They are very flexible with vacation time and give you the day off on major holidays, especially Christmas. If you do your work and do what you're suppose to, then you do not have any problems! As long as you meet your quota, there is no issue. Like any other job, if you don't do your work and fool around, then of course there will be repercussions. As their former sales rep, you are required to make a certain amount of calls each week, so follow through with that and you will be on top...It was one of the best jobs I've had and if I didn't have to move to California to take care of my mom, I would've stayed!
