Pros

-Great People -decent pay -easy to take off as long as you let them know

Cons

-not very trustworthy -will tell you a company change will help you make more money but it's really to make them more money and ends up being less for you -act like they care but they don't -managers don't listen, will interrupt you while your asking for help on a sales call -will tell you to get the sale any means possible will even tell you to mislead people which is a problem because we sell Medicare to old people, we are supposed to help them. -sell you a dream but you are just another person in a seat using up their money on leads and licensing. -people are always in and out -mentally exhausting expect to be on the phone 5-7 hours a day and be making 50-200 cold calls in a day, with very crappy reused leads. - No opportunity to grow after you are licensed unless you threaten to quit and ask for a different opportunity -Hourly is fine at $15 starting and $20 after your license. the company makes $150-$500 per sale depending on the enrollment period but will only give you $20-$35 a sale and they will tell you their barely making anything off of the sales but the owner will bring in brand a new Porsche, two different Cadillac suvs and a brand new 2023 jeeps every other month but will claim they don't make much money.

Pros

The training you receiving is great. They have Team Leads that help you along the way, especially in the beginning when you're still learning the system and getting used to being on the phones. Most of the team leads were agents at one point, and almost all of them have been here for years, so they know their stuff and really are helpful. Although you are on the phone all day, the job itself isn't hard. I'm not sure why they have so many bad reviews. If you look at their google reviews, its obvious they take care of their customers.

Cons

You have to be willing to be on the phone pretty much all day.

Pros

Fun environment, $20 per hr + commission, Money is there if you're willing to work hard.

Cons

Working with resistant clients can be mentally exhausting, and missing out on a sale can add to that frustration.
