Pros
Open to a flexible schedule as long as you get your work done. Teleworking is available to most employees. Management does not hang over you and watch everything you do like many larger companies.
Cons
The management staff has no expierience in the real world. There seems to be no master plan as to where the company is headed. If there is, it's top secret. Projects are run like FEMA, nobody is held responsible for tasks that are not completed or behind schedule. We're constantly putting out fires. The customers are always complaining about our bad service. Management provides no training, you're expected to learn on your own time. As for compensation, forget it. After pay and benefit cuts 3 years ago, we were told our compensation will never change....no increases.
