Pros

The pay and benefits were decent when I was hired. Things changed for the worst later, and I had to rethink my decision.

Cons

The pace of this workplace is too fast. Things change in minutes, and you must change your pace swiftly to keep up. All these changes are so sudden that stress is unavoidable. You also need to put in brutal and exhausting hours to ensure that the changed goals are achieved. All this leads to early burnout, and people leave. Management avoids high employee turnover and hires new people. It's a ridiculous cycle that never breaks!

Pros

Great atmosphere and wonderful people. They have a card that covers most insurance costs making our benefits package much more useful.

Cons

The facility that I work in is slightly understaffed.

Pros

Getting hired at Clear Align was easy, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing people. I truly enjoyed the colleagues I worked with.

Cons

At Clear Align, it quickly became "CLEAR" that many of my colleagues shared the same sentiment. I was constantly reminded that I had made a mistake by joining the company, which was unsettling. Though I was only there for a short time, I frequently heard negative comments about the owner and the toxic environment. Whenever I asked for clarification, the response was always the same: 'You'll find out,' accompanied by a knowing smirk. And I did. The owner proved to be extremely difficult to work for. 'Micro-managing' didn’t even begin to describe it. The constant yelling and condescending remarks created a hostile and unprofessional atmosphere. I knew I had to leave. One piece of advice: do not advocate for yourself. Doing so could result in termination or retaliation by the owner.
