Cleantech has been nothing but fantastic for me. I have seen the transition from management and can tell the difference from before to right now. Owners are involved and the COO is the nicest guy to work for. Communication has been great within the office. Although reaching out to field operatives is still not the best, the management team has made a concerned effort to get things better with new hires and communication tactics.
