Opportunity, pay, advancement, benefits, overtime, training and certificates. Coworkers are great people.

On call is sometimes hard to deal with.

There is always something to do.

This business is toxic. It treats its employees horribly and takes advantage of its customers. There are no women working in the Chico (corporate office) because they belittle and harass them to the point of quitting. I also wouldn’t believe any “good place to work” survey because they bribe the employees into leaving a good review and tell them it’s “anonymous” but will directly use that information against you.
