Pros
Fantastic pay and benfits. Good ownership and treated with respect. Some of my coworkers have been with the company for over 10 years. They also pay on time and are generous with leave and absences. They gave me a 5 month severance and I did not expect that at all. It helped me and my family alot. One month per year of service and they told me that they will call me if an opening happens. They will rehire me beofe they hire someone new. That made me feel good.
Cons
Management is OK. I was laid off becasue a major client wanted a lower price and I worked for Cleaner Image for over 5 years. Management can be very demanding but they are not rude. The owner is a very nice person and always talked to me like he was on my crew and not above me. I did not like one of my coworkers who was lazy and too talkative.
