Australian owned company, camaraderie, colleagues have a sense of humour, growing safety culture

- Cleanaway prefers to hire externally than grow talent within. - Uncompetitive salary (for my profession) - Senior management prefers to make their own interpretation of the environmental regulations and then wait until environmental authority stops them - a strange business model. - Lack of KPIs (in my role anyway) - Uninteresting work - Too EBITDA driven with detriment to the workplace satisfaction of its employees
