      None - maybe the cheap lunches on payday.

      Cons

      The owner is a micro manager with the tendency to lash out at employees. There is no training or coaching and you are expected to be an expert on day one. The company always seems behind in bills or supplies are not ordered in time. I have seen so many people come and go. There is no direct deposits for paychecks.
