I’ve worked as a subcontractor for Clean Pro since 2018 and love it! Super friendly and communicative contact people.
The process is straightforward; they text you a job opportunity/work order which lays out location and what it pays. And then asked you to respond if you would like to take the job and if so, what day you can do it.
In the 8 years I’ve worked for them, I can count on one hand how many times I thought a job paid too little and notified my contact. Every single time they have bumped up the pay. So, I believe the pay is very fair.
I love the fact that communications are via text, as that makes everything transparent and easy to fall back on when I may forget something.
When finished at a job they send you a link to upload your before and after pictures - another very simple process.
Although text is used for correspondence, I’ve always been able to speak to someone should I have an issue or need clarification.
A HUGE pro to this position is that Clean Pro allows their technicians to sell additional services. For example, I have my own company that offers window cleaning and holiday lighting installs. I have quite literally sold these additional services to hundreds of customers over the years!
Cons
I really can’t think of a negative thing to say. Some may find that they don’t reimburse for mileage, but that is factored in the pay amount they offer you per job.
