The staff here really care about the work they are doing and making sure that workers are well cared for. They recently shifted their pay system to hourly as well as bonuses to prioritize pay equity.

5-6 hours a shift is independent work in an assigned part of a neighborhood, knocking on doors. Working in heat, rain, or cold is required. Emotionally, be prepared for wonderful interactions with strangers as well as negative ones.
