      Pros

      Company is growing rapidly so lots of interesting tech and product challenges. Cool tech stack (Flutter, Kotlin). Besides warehouse the whole company is fully distributed so can work from anywhere. Decisions get made fast.

      Cons

      Not good fit for someone looking for static process and plans

      - great startup vibe - supportive colleagues - amazing product, just needs some polishing - idea of actually doing something meaningful

      - as a startup, no processes yet established - some employee turnover due to changes made in the structure
