      Pros

      Unique job duties and skillset for the transportation industry. Overtime if you want it on the B side.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Racism, discrimination, favoritism and nepotism are rampant. The management will blatantly encourage you to break or ignore federal and state laws regarding handling hazmat waste since they bonus on completion not quality. Corruption and retaliation is what happens and state or federal HR laws are ignored or twisted to the their benefit.

      What a great environment, on a great mission, and business is growing. We’re in the midst of a lot of positive change so it’s exciting and everyone feels like they’re on a mission.

      Cons

      There’s a lot of reliance on contractors right now so it’s hard to get in as a full-time employee.

      Ability to work remotely for certain jobs. You can earn up to 5 weeks of vacation with 15years of service.

      Some upper management has no idea what daily work is like on the ground level.
